Very Poor Experience - RudeExtremely poor service. Jeff Price, our Escrow Agent, failed to return my husband's e-mails timely. Matter of fact, Jeff didn't even shake my husband's hand nor speak to him unless required to sign a piece of paper. Prior to this, we e-mailed weeks in advance to better elucidate misc. fees. - all we wanted was a line item explanation. The secretary kept forwarding our e-mails to Jeff, but his response was nearly non-existent. Finally, my husband sent a professional, albeit pointed e-mail, demanding a response (twenty-four hours prior to closing). Jeff immediately responded. Shocking! Shared our experience with an area friend who flips homes and he laughed - apparently our experience wasn't too unexpected. . .
